Strategya Inc. ("we") handles personal information on strategya.jp ("this site") in accordance with the policy below.
Through the contact form we collect your name, company, email, phone (optional), request type, message, and technical data such as language and traffic source (UTM).
Personal information such as name, email, phone, company and message is never sent to GA4, GTM or advertising platforms. Measurement is limited to non-identifying data such as counts and categories.
We do not provide your information to third parties without consent except as required by law. Processors handle data only as needed and under appropriate controls.
We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose or as required by law, then delete it appropriately.
We apply access control, encryption in transit and audit logging. See Security for details.
We respond to requests for access, correction or deletion in accordance with applicable law.
